Holiday World IN
We got to the Lake Rudolph Holiday World campground today. They have a big pool but in the summer it's super crowded. I legit had a random kid swim between my legs. So far it's pretty quiet at the site. I'm hoping it stays that way. The campground is full today. We accidentally got a sewer site. I'm kind of glad we did. It's right by the pool and the amazing, air conditioned bathroom. The site is pretty shaded to the point that I might not put out the canopy. They have activities here, the kids are excited. Tomorrow we go to Holiday World.
Final thoughts.
Holiday world was really fun. The wooden coasters jerked us around but they were great. The waterpark was understaffed and a lot of the slides were closed. They have a really fun Gobbler ride that everyone enjoyed. Sodas and parking are free. That made it so much nicer. J went on the River Rapids and the scrambler...He is trying new stuff and it's epic. The next day we went to Lincoln's childhood home and the Candy Kitchen. The candy store was fun. Everyone enjoyed themselves very much. The kids then went on the campgrounds waterslides a bazillion times. There was free mini golf at the campground and the ice cream was weird but very good. They had a golf parade at night which the kids liked. On to Mammoth Caves tomorrow.
